Our office was designed with patient comfort and convenience in mind. With spacious operatories, expansive windows, and accessibility for all patients, we are redefining what a dental office experience can look and feel like. There are plenty of exciting things going on within our new walls!

3 DENTAL OPERATING ROOMS
Unique to a general dentisty setting, our facility is outfitted with fully-functioning operating rooms typically only found in oral surgery clinics. Dr. Randall is trained to treat patients under anesthesia, including those with severe dental anxiety, special needs, or complex medical conditions.

IN-HOUSE DENTAL LABORATORY
At Chattanooga Dental Prosthetics, our in-house dental laboratory, our lab technicians design and fabricate a variety of dental prosthetics and appliances. With both milling and 3D printing capabilities, our lab is equipped to produce crowns and bridges, dentures, night guards, and much more.

with CEREC and DOF 5-axis mill
Our milling capabilities allow us to produce same-day crowns to reduce the number of appointments. Additionally, we are able to mill implant crown & bridge and hybrid dentures
Shading
with custom stain & glaze
We are able to shade match new prosthetics to your existing teeth, blending artistry with functionality.
On-Site Physical Therapist
Dr. Rebecca Salstrand provides head, neck, and TMJ physical therapy to children and adults. She started Headspace Physio in 2024 to fill a need for specialist, non-surgical care for TMD and myofunctional therapy in the greater Chattanooga region. Her suite is located inside Tennessee River Dental Room 12!
Conference Center
The Northpoint Conference Center contains a classroom for lectures and events. The room can be set up in various configurations, seating up to 50 people in chairs and 32 people at powered work stations. Please email us if you are interested in hosting an educational event in our space!
