Yes! Dr. Randall & Dr. Julian are both accepting new patients. We are excited to see you for your first visit as soon as you are ready. If you are an existing patient, we would love if you referred your friends and family to come see us as well!
We are open Monday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. There are some exceptions to these hours for education, team training, or holidays. If you’re ever curious, feel free to give us a call!
We are a preferred provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee & Delta Dental Premier, which means we are "in network" with these companies. Many insurance providers also cover out of network practitioners, so be sure to check with your insurance to find out what your specific plan covers. We know insurance can be confusing, so give us a call if you have more questions!
Please call our office at 423-877-3848 and we will help schedule an appointment as soon as we can. If the office is closed, call the after-hours emergency number given on the answering machine and someone will get back to you shortly. If you are experiencing trouble breathing, altered consciousness, or other injury beyond the oral cavity, please seek medical attention and call emergency services. We make it a priority to deal with dental emergencies as promptly as possible to help resolve the issue and make sure you are comfortable.
We routinely reach out via phone call or text prior to appointments to confirm with you. However, we understand that things come up and you aren't always able to make a scheduled appointment. Please kindly let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel and reschedule an appointment. Since your appointment time is reserved solely for you, cancellations within 24 hours or "no shows" may result in an inability to reschedule future appointments.
